Terms of Service

By accessing or using the PINY Marketing and Digital Enterprise Solutions website ("Site") or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
PINY MaDE provides digital marketing, web development, automation, CRM, AI, and related services. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual proposals or agreements.
2. Payment
Project fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on completion, unless otherwise agreed. Recurring services are billed monthly in advance.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access, and required materials. Delays from missing client input may extend project timelines.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. PINY MaDE retains rights to its underlying frameworks, tools, and the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, fees for completed work are non-refundable. Cancellation terms for ongoing engagements are specified in individual agreements.
6. Limitation of liability
PINY MaDE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client in the prior three months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Site or our services constitutes acceptance.
